hamster or turtle results

i've finally decided...
of course after a lot of research and stuff, i've finally made a decision about rather getting a hamster or turtle.

and the final decision is. . .

a turtle.

i've found that other than being fun to watch them eat, they can play with you and they can free roam. they also love attention and giving them toys and watching them move around is fun. the most important part is that they live VERY long.

after noozie's death i've realized that maybe i'm not ready for another hamster, and i'm definitely not ready to go through the pain again when they die. i know a lot of you were looking forward to my new hamster, but for now i want to go for a fun AND long lasting happiness way by getting a turtle.

i will post turtle videos on youtube when i do get my turtle (a bit after my birthday coming soon at august 12th), so i hope you guys will watch and enjoy them!

if you guys have any name suggestions and some tips for me, i would love comments because i am a beginner and have never touched a turtle in my entire life c:.

I’ve had a turtle before, surprisingly, but we couldn’t take care of it so released it into a lake
All I remember is that we kept it in an empty fish tank

I remember having a pet tortoise

it was the most adorable thing ever <3 it loved wading in water as well as walking on the ground, and it was my grandma's pet before I was born. So I think it was like 18 or something when I was playing with it outside and went to take a nap and forgot all about it. Later my grandma saw an eagle snatching it and flying away

i'd give name suggestions but uh...

when i named my tortoise i named it pebbles, and i thought it was clever bc he kind of looked like a rock. so yay cute name for cute tortoise. then i started just calling it "tort". lol

and when i named my bird, i named it mister biiird (yes, spelled like that) and i just ended up calling it "birb". and when i got my second bird i just called it...the other bird (even though her name is riko lol). soooo dont trust me for name suggestions.
