small css update

i fixed some of the errors of the previous CSS and updated the aesthetic!
some of the changes are noted below just in case i have to change it again (which i don't do often, sorry)
- colour change
- hide tag
- polls
- font sizes everywhere
- bg
- CSS by at the bottoms
- hover
i don't allow people to use/copy/reference my CSS at all. partly because it's mine (
) and partly because I've received help from people that don't allow their css copied. so just don't. save us the stress LOL
so one tip i offer for not copying someone's CSS is to just don't go into blog info at all. i wish you could hide that but aops says no so
