uhm pretty interesting things i guess

saving the confession for last! because uhhh... i'm blogging efficiently i suppose?

starting off with a crush update because this is short:

he's going to text me again! but also he insulted me today... so basically what happened was that we both entered the same competition right? a different one not the old one
and he said "mmm decent! but ur entry last year was better"

;-;

idk if he's being honest with me because he trusts me or because he's just a blunt person hahah i don't mind though, he wasn't trying to be mean (i never told him the reason why i quit art for eight months, which was because my teacher dropped me and i lost all my passion as i said in my other entry)

but he said that he would text me with his entry! (: hopefully we can get a conversation going. i don't think i want to go for him anymore but instead be his friend because i think for someone like him, that's the best option for both of us!

kkay so basically my dad has covid, right? and today i came home from school feeling like absolute crap and with a sore throat and a cough. i think it's because i lost sleep over the past two weeks from vball tourneys (four days in the past two weeks) and the truckload of homework. so my immune system was already down a little bit. i had been having headaches for the past three days straight so i guess this is why...

thanks a lot, dad...

or, if we really wanna get to the root of it, thanks a lot dad's boss who went to las vegas and got covid and spread it to my dad who spread it to me who was dead after having a bunch of homework and a tough schedule and yeah...

and finally, someone confessed to me today! well i mean his friend did it for him, but he was next to him so i guess that counts?

i was really really really shocked because this is the first time anything like this has ever happened and he was the last person who i thought would like me...

so basically how this happened was that we were measuring our heights in pe and i was struggling a little because i didn't have a partner and i was basically trying to balance a ruler on my head while seeing how tall i was. and then he came over and just without any words, held the ruler for me and told me my height... we were so close, too. i was completely taken aback.

his friend immediately started teasing him and a little while later his friend came to us (with him next) and said "hey yo [flec]! [insert dude's name] just admitted he likes you."

instead of doing anything to deny it, he said "[flec] come here i want to compare your height with [his other friend]"

my friend and i looked at each other with complete shock...

i mean i suppose his friend could be lying but wow... kkay... cool...
