cause somethings not right w my body rn bruh

im tired all the time even when i wake up
tension headaches on and off every hour
my heart beats super fast its like pounding a lot
i have shortness of breath a lot and a bit of trouble breathing
really dry throat
tired after doing my normal activities and stuff

probably just amenia and me needing to actually eat food
but my overthinking butt is screaming leukemia because i actually studied that and a lot of the symptoms overlap
most likely not though i overthink a lot
its not lack of sleep (well maybe but idk) cuz i had a 3 day weekend and i slept a LOT and im still having the same symptoms and im still tired after waking up

anyways
if anyone has had similar symptoms
and hasn't died
lmk

i feel like everyone has at least one thing wrong with their body
i'm just paranoid because i havent been diagnosed with any
it either means that
1) im actually healthy
or
2) im dying but dont know it

hopefully im just tired
or its just mild amenia that will go away
with iron supplement gummies
the ones that taste good

no my anxiety got a lot better a couple years ago i dont really have anxiety attacks anymore

im pretty sure it's anemia my moms gonna take me to the doctor just in case but she thinks im overreacting ;w;

hopefully ill be fine

@emma u should get that checked girl- a few days/a week might be ok but if ur heart keeps beating like that it wont be good
