i am on a club team for volleyball. the following is all i experience.
we had a three day tournament this weekend.

- having an over competitive coach
- having an under competitive coach (altho i prefer over competitive over under both can be frustrating lol)
- that one teammate that thinks they're the best and keeps coaching you tho they actually kinda suck
- that one teammate that breaks down after one teeny little mistake and keeps making mistakes over and over again
- that one teammate that steals your ball
- when you're both going for the ball (basketball/soccer/vball/baseball) and you run into each other and both miss the ball

- when your teammates are late to a game
- [for vball mostly] when your teammates never ref so you always have to do every set
- stupid stupid stupid stupid blind line judges and refs
- when your teammates make a mistake at game point
- when your teammates do things you have absolutely no control over
- when your teammates do crappy and you get yelled at too
- when the coach has a flipping favourite
- when the coach has a flipping least favourite
- when one kid's parents hate another kid's parents
- when one kid's parents hates a kid
- one kid's parents yelling at you even tho they're not even your parent
- when the entire opponent team sucks but there's that ONE GOOD PLAYER ON IT that destroys you
- teammate never passes/sets you the ball
- teammate that DOESNT RUN
- teammate that just gives up once the opponent starts beating you a by little bit (ex: 1 goal, 5 points, 10 points)
- teammates that never notice that you're open
- coach that subs you out for the tiniest mistake
- when you get subbed out and the person that gets subbed in for you is so happy and is like "YAY IM IN AND UR OUT BABY"!!!!!
