risu passed away friday june 9th, so yesterday
her cyst or tumor got worse over the past week until it ruptured 2 days ago, and when i went to her room to apply her medication she was lying on the second floor and she was dead.
i immediately left the room and thankfully am doing a lot better because i do have barely any memory of her body. i think what made noozie's death so hard was that i sat with her for long hours and watched her slowly deteriorate, which drained me and struck me with reality that she was really leaving, if you get what i mean.
risu was almost 2 years old, just a month and a few days shy of it
everyone said petsmart hamsters can't live over one year and risu proved them wrong

i know i didn't share much about risu on this blog but i hope we can all cherish her since i loved her lots
although risu isn't with us anymore, i like to think she's one of the plushies i keep on my bed. my hamster plushie has noozie's soul and my squirrel one has risu's now, if you get what i mean. sometimes if you miss them you hold the plushie and it feels better, although it sounds really babyish it actually helps sometimes ngl
