we watched the movie us and it is terrifying

i have sucked at horror movies, thriller movies, and literally any climax part of the movie all of my life
it's bad.
i left in the middle of a christmas carol because i was scared of the ghost of the future
i cried watching inside out when bing bong faded away
i left during harrison bergeron because i didn't want to see the gunshot scene
it's really embarrassing ngl especially when we're watching movies as a class and i would get really jumpy and nobody else would

kkay anyways i'm more mature now
so when my friends said we were going to watch horror movies i was like "kkay sounds fun"
if anyone has watched us
they know that

terrifying
really disturbing
horrific
kkay at least for me it was

anyways one friend was like "pls i promise its not scary read a little bit of the summary"
big mistake
i always get curious and i ended up reading the whole thing
and when i clicked on an article i saw a picture and it was terrifying

i left after five minutes lol i went to go play minecraft with my friend's little brother
humiliating, but after i heard their shrill shrieks and the background music and the screaming both inside and out of the movie i was like w decision by me
anyways this was my first encounter with a horror movie
yall are gonna make fun of me but us is legit it's not like some other cringe movie it's like... fr really spooky

the rest of my halloween was uneventful though and pretty fun
my other friends refused to go trick or treating because they felt "old" so me and my bestie went ironically we are the two oldest in the friend group lol
anyways we got a bunch of candy
and pokemon cards too :0
she got pikachu so i was rly jealous but i got trevenant which would beat pikachu in a battle (: w pikachu though
next year we're gonna get matching onesies and hide our faces so that nobody knows we are sophomores
