one of my group members didn't do work then cried to the teacher that it was my fault that she didn't do anything
so now the teacher's mad at me and my groupmates
when literally we have been doing all of the work for her
(fun fact i accidentally closed the tab after writing half of this)
(every time i write one of these entries i die a little inside because i have a new fear that irl people will find this and i will be in trouble)
(ah public blog fears coming up again)

so basically what's been going on is that this one group member who we'll call anne
she never did ANY WORK
and when we confronted her about it
every day she'd have a new excuse
"oh we went on vacation "oh we were getting a new deck built" "oh i have jazz band in the mornings"
you know what i mean
(what's even worse is that my friend also has jazz band in the mornings and she still does the work really well)

we were all very fed up with her obviously

so in class one day anne actually decided to try
so we're collecting data and stuff and i was already making the table
and then suddenly she started making the exact same table as me when i had already been doing it
so i told her "hey can u work on something else please because it isn't productive for both of us to do the same thing when there's other work to be done."
since i'd started first i thought this was reasonable
and bruh she got hella pissed

so today (or yesterday now that its past midnight but i finished and im so mad about this that i decided to write an entry)
the teacher suddenly called all of us over for an individual group member meeting which never goes good
and she told me that what anne said was that i was taking over everything and she felt really unheard and therefore couldnt do the work
anne apparently said that she tried really hard to pull her weight but couldn't because i was getting in the way and keeping her from doing the work
i was genuinely so angry because not doing ur crap is one thing but lying about it and blaming someone else/victimizing yourself is another thing
and even worse is that our teacher's really nice so she basically believes whoever tells her first
so to summarize what she said
she was like "flec u gotta get ur crap together and let ppl do work. you need to forgive anne because everyones busy sometimes. she genuinely wants to work hard and u need to let her."
ok so for those 5 minutes i genuinely contemplated slapping her in the face and killing myself because anne literally gave excuses on why she couldnt do hw every night and suddenly pushed the blame onto me JUST BECAUSE i told her that it wasnt productive to do the same thing

and i was like "I WOULDNT BE ARGUING IF I WASNT RIGHT BRUH"
i even pulled up the version history of our group doc to prove that anne wasnt doing crap
and even then i doubt she believed me

oh yeah even worse after she finished basically trashtalking my entire personality and efforts to my face
she was like
"flec im sorry if i made you feel bad i think ur really amazing."
and i was like
"um
yes
you
did"

as you guys know from past entries
i cry when i get mad
so after that class was over there were tears in my eyes and i was so pissed i wanted to roller skate off the golden

okay so basically
my friends told me even more
about what she does

my friend who has the next period with her says that she talks crap about me and two other group members (but me the most) and is always victimizing herself saying that she "cries at night for three hours because of me"
and we were both like
"INSTEAD OF CRYING FOR THREE HOURS BCZ OF ME WHY DONT U USE THAT TIME TO DO!!!! UR!!!!! CRAP!!!!!!!!!"

and my friend who's in the same group as me (who also hates anne) says that every time i walk away or am not in earshot
anne is like
"omg [flec] i hate her so much she's so argumentative and overpowering" or whatever
basically she talks crap about me every single day to literally everyone
lol she got karma though my friend told me she got fed up with anne talking crap about me, her friend, and said "at least [flec] does the work and u dont" and anne was "too stunned to speak" -her

anyways what i think is ridiculous is that she's the one not doing her work and because i told her off one time she suddenly hates my guts and cries at night about me and thinks i'm the reason why she's not learning anything and not being productive

me and two other group members who she also talked crap about are planning to just tell the teacher if it happens again
we're all just fed up with her acting like the victim and like crying to the teacher because the teacher is actually on her side now which is even worse since she's getting away with everything
i cant believe i wrote an essay about this but bruh im actually so mad
like if ur gonna talk slam about me 1) dont do it to my own friends 2) dont make it so obvious 3) HAVE A GOOD REASON GODDARNNIT
