honest rating of universal studios

i went on every single ride except one and watched every show and did the tour so i think i am qualified? ethos check.
anyways, there are i think 13 rides at universal? plus the new fast and furious roller coaster coming in 2025. anyways, we did 12 of those plus watched the water show and did the studio tour. i’ll rate them all and give overall ratings!
my parents and i got the fast pass. we made sure to whisper “losers” under our breaths when we only waited 1 minute for every ride that others had to wait 135 minutes for… money buys happiness
the minions 3d one
was one of my favourite 3d ones. a solid 6/10
flight of the hippogriff
it was pretty good, but it was way too short. only fifteen seconds or something, at least it felt that way. 6/10
secret life of pets ride
cute. more of a tour in a pizza box than a ride, though. 5/10
harry potter 3d
honestly like the best 3d ride. 7/10. definitely do this one although the wait is long
simpsons
my favourite hahah 8/10
jurassic park water ride thing
the drop at the end was the best part, though it wasn’t fast enough for my content. 7.8/10
mummy
actually pretty good. too short though. 7.8/10
transformers
kinda cringe but pretty good. 6/10
mario kart one
was the only one we didn’t do because express didn’t apply there and we had to wait 135 minutes.
studio tour bus
honestly the best part of the entire thing. we get to see movie sites (they actually build everything instead of going to the specified places), go on more 3d things for king kong and something else i forgot, learn about the filming process, see movie errors, and more. 10/10
the waterworld show
amazing. the green seat is actually super fun (you will get wet lol) and the host people are so funny. the show itself is also insanely good. 9.9/10
food
solid 7/10. there’s a panda express hahah. desserts are definitely very good
overall rating
the rides are definitely not as intense as i would want them to be, but my mom, who is scared of roller coasters and other crazy rides, was very content. i’d say if you are easily scared by places like six flags, everland, and disney world, this is a good place for you. personally as a person who likes crazy roller coasters, this didn’t offer the most thrilling experience, but it was still fun. the tours were super interesting too. i think this is more of a place to learn than to actually ride, as most of these rides are 3d experiences anyways. the biggest drop is only like 45 degrees so
i give it
78/100
