soo over the weekend i tried to get a lil mini glowup so here's a log of that i guess

i usually like wearing rings but the one i always wore broke over the summer and my other one is cute but i dislike wearing the same one all the time
so i got the same one of the one that broke lol hopefully it doesn't break again
i got the rose gold version (my other one was silver)

i also got my first perfume
this was lowkey a risk because i have a sensitivity to fragrances
i was deciding between this apple scent, peach scent, and floral scent

i normally don't like floral scents because of how overwhelming they can be (and sometimes headache-inducing)
but i really liked this one cuz it was a lot less strong and smelled more like natural flowers rather than chemical soup yk
in the end i got the floral one because the apple one lowkey smelled like a swimming pool

i literally wanted to get the pound cake ones so bad but my friend refused to let me do that and said she was "saving" me so i guess i gotta trust her on that (she owns like 10+ fragrances and smells good all the time)

maybe my parents will be so mesmerized they'll let me go on the lakehouse vacation my friend is taking us to over memorial weekend and my parents have been saying no

i got mine from bath and body works and off the bat made the mistake from spraying it on my neck

my friends said that's where it lasts long so i sprayed it without second thought w/o considering that 1) it's my first time wearing perfume
2) i'm sensitive to it
3) underestimated how strong it smells

i usually spray in this banana scented leave-in conditioner as my "scent" and that's not strong at all (but strong enough that i get called a minion)

so around 30 minutes into first period and i'm wheezing and dying and sneezing

lesson learned: don't spray perfume on your neck because you WILL be inhaling it and that is not fun

it was a lil big but i was like 5 bucks hell yes and got em
kinda cute

also i grew 2 waist size inches since middle school ago lol i was trying on some jeans and casually took a 24 and was immediately humbled

i rly think its nothing to worry about though especially at this age when we're all growing and getting taller yk

its kinda funny

ill do an ab workout then reward myself w sweets this is why i make no progress
