there's this person that i feel like we've liked each other on and off for
it's kind of hard because he's kinda shy and i'm kinda bad at expressing my feelings and it's been awhile but it also hasn't been
we went to the same middle school and now high school so i'm getting to talk to him a little more but it's still awkward but not awkward as in we're just friends

i'm definitely one of the girls he talks to the most and he gives hints but also not at the same time because he's quiet and he's new to like, liking people, and he's an academic weapon
he like reads and goes over units the break before we actually learn them
so yeah he's cute but at the same time idek hahah cuz i'm definitely not like that
but if the kdramas are true, i guess i (social, cares but doesn't care) could date a sort of quiet cute nerd
anyhow we have a lot in common so he's really the right person to talk to sometimes. we both do art, enjoy piano for fun yk, love sports, care about studying to a certain extent, and we're pretty easygoing
this makes it really easy to talk to him

he also likes to tease and joke around a lot and he's still a little childish in a way although he acts a lot more mature than the people around me (not saying much, but yeah)
in science we were doing experiments with some colour bombs and we both got it on our hands and he would poke at my hands and flex his hands and act like he was a smurf or something
in that way he's fun loving and i like him a lot

idk if you guys get what i mean but it's like a borderline between crush and just a guy you're affectionate towards. i don't know if i could see myself dating him and i don't think he could see himself dating me either because, like i said, he's quiet + focused more towards school than he is towards girls.

i remember when we went on a school field trip together and he took some pictures of me and of the scenery and he would always come to me really giddy about new pics he took. i also encouraged him to play piano in front of some people and we did sort of a duet too with me pressing a few keys for him to finish the vibe. so yeah.

he also doesn't have a phone and an apple watch and super strict parents so i don't think we would ever go beyond a situationship if he really does like me.

i've had one situationship before and i think that could happen with him, except that he's more quiet than the other dude i talked to

but yeah! just wanted to share that because i haven't told any of my irl friends yet (they keep saying he likes me, but never suspect that i like him) and i suppose i trust the people on my blog a lot since it's not like you guys can judge me too hard anyway even if you were, you'd be judging flec and not the person i am irl, though i think my personality online and irl are very similar.

he's like the most asian kid you can get which is why sometimes i wonder, but deep down he's sweet, passionate, and fun and it makes me ponder about what might happen in the future if we really do like each other but we're keeping it hidden.

but i don't want to take action because i'm new to the liking stuff too, and i don't want to make him uncomfortable. like i said, he's affectionate, but not like that.
