wowww almost last week of school!
i have a lot of updates

wednesday
we took an AP test for english (for 15 minutes english was apparently a banned word wth i spent like 15 minutes searching for what word was banned and it was this?!?!?! i am so confused)
it was 38 questions.
i honestly spent a ton of time really worried about it but i got so lucky because one entire part of the test was animal pyschology which i’m already well acquainted with and another part was literally a kdrama scene
the down side was that we got like 50 minutes for 47 questions so i guessed on a few
but i got a 36/38 which was one of the highest in the class so cooll
most of my friends ended up getting a 31/38 so

okay karma is that
there are these people i’m actually friends with
i love them so dont get me wrong that i’m talking bad about them
it just annoys me when they secretly-not-so-secretly whisper to each other during tests for the answers
and sometimes even scored higher than me because they collab’d
and they both got d’s on this ap test

insensitive friends is that
obviously y’all know that my hamster passed away over the weekend
so i was not feeling my best
i only told like 2 of my friends 1 of them because their cat passed away and i told her my hamster also passed away to comfort her as in i understand how ur feeling ykykk

and then i’m friends with this one kid whose genuinely a really good friend, dont get me wrong again
but he has like 0 emotions he didnt cry when his cat went rip, when he had to give his cat away, when he got hit in the mouth with a softball, when literally all of his pets d/ed, you know that kind of really strong kid i have no idea how he does it
and of course because he hasn’t felt that grief wave before he doesn’t really know how to empathize with it
he was trying to help but the worst thing to say to someone whose pet crossed the rainbow bridge is to make a joke about it
so he said “GUYS GUYS GUYS [flec’s] hamster exploded!!!! (not true it was just her tumor that ruptured but anyways) that must be really funny i’d like to see a hamster with brain tumor or whatever tumor”
then i started crying because my hamster actually HAD a tumor and it brought back memories ykyk
i was embarrassed as heck for obvious reasons then this kid started talking about how his had to give away his cat because it destroyed the couch and attacked his other cat and stuff and how he doesnt really give a crap about it
did not help
looking back on it its hilarious to see his efforts to try to storytell and make me feel better but in that moment i wanted to slap him lawl
next day when i was feeling better he did teach me a new video game which turned out to be kinda fun so

other then those two events nothing really major major happened (ofc the science final but thats not really a big deal i guess)
we have a school party tomorrow and i’m going to be playing a volleyball tournament in it !!
my school trip is also coming up which is exciting
