dad: *accidentally spills the food* *glares at me* THIS IS WHY YOU HOLD IT BETTER

let's face it, mother: i can't control what my hamster does, nevertheless CATCH my hamster when she's two and a half inches and is running faster than i am
all jokes aside, this is serious and am lowkey pissed
you cannot expect your children to be perfect parents help. they make mistakes just like you do, and just because you make one doesn't mean you blame them.
admitting your mistake is part of being a good parent. even simple ones can come off as harsh to children, especially little ones, and it's important to teach them the meaning of mistakes and how it's actually okay to make one. by blaming someone else, you're going against your own statements.
it's okay to make a mistake -- but it's not okay to make someone else take the blame.
