Look Inside

I remember finding it pretty weird and cool to see my name on the cover of a book for the first time (around 17 years ago!).

Now I get to see my name inside a book by an AoPS student here, and on the back cover of a book by an AoPS parent here. Almost as fun as seeing my name on the front cover, and a whole lot less work! The first book is a collection of formulas and methods that are useful for contests, and the second is a collegiate-level geometry text.

Have you ever heard how academics read books? First they read the acknowledgments to see if they or their friends are thanked. Then they turn to the references to see if they or their friends are cited. Finally, they put the book on the shelf....
