It's not often I'm the beneficiary of a highly-targeted federal subsidy, but, well, I guess I have to thank all you taxpayers for helping me out with getting one step closer to going off the grid. Here's a picture of what you bought me:
So, if this global warming thing pans out, I'm a little less to blame. As for the impending California bankruptcy, which is both more imminent and more certain, well, I guess I did my part to help move it along. (CA massively subsidizes solar.)
It gets turned on in the next couple days. Can't wait to see the power meter whizzing backwards.
