Hm...I second the entire post, especially the bubala part 
To be serious, Sam E's blog is excellent. I will be using many of his ideas in my own math club. His blog is a model for how I want my own blog to look once the Pythagoreans really gets going.
I'd note that local efforts, like that of joml88, were critical in inspiring me to do what I'm attempting to do. If I do half as good a job as they did/are doing, I'll be happy.

Indeed, SamE's blog is excellent. I have just recently started a math club at my high school (the first meeting is next week), and his blog inspired me to make one for our club. Thanks to AoPS in general for being such a valuable resource for these kinds of things.
