There's a nice article about AoPS in the MAA's Focus Magazine here. The article is by Melanie Matchett Wood, which is probably a familiar name to many AoPSers.

There's not much more to say yet. We start on the project in earnest this summer. We don't have any screens yet. The SFFT videos from several months ago were experimental examples of video lessons.

Whoa, so this sounds sort of like the USACO training website for math, except possibly even better. (me, penguinintegral, and ccy are planning on making something like this too)
