Firefox Bleg

I haven't messed around with Firefox before. Last week while visiting family, my dad installed a couple on my Eeee that make loading pages and downloading files much faster (Tweak and DownThemAll). What other add-ons should I look at?

Depending on your degree of dissatisfaction with websites and user interfaces, Vimperator (vim key-bindings, about a two day learning curve) and NoScript (whitelist domains that you'll let run scripts) are nice.

Having said that, I don't really recommend either (that is, they're not for everyone).

Use Adblock Plus. As its name suggests, it blocks ads with a blacklist on certain domains. It makes web browsing far more pleasant.
