Vacation - Finally

Back in 1994 I was a guest speaker at National MATHCOUNTS. I spoke about how the best part of the extracurricular programs I participated in as a student was the people I met through them. Now, many years later, I note that still my closest friends are almost entirely people I met through math contests. Tomorrow I get on a plane headed for Trinidad & Tobago to hang out with two of them (and their wives). Looking forward to it very much - my first really long vacation (9 days!) without computer or phone access. I'll be looking like this:
