From an email I received from a parent who works for the government. I asked if I should send something to the work address or the home address. The answer:
I wonder if the person who came up with the idea of cap-and-trade feels that way about what Congress is doing with that idea... (Unless, of course, cap-and-trade was the creation of the companies that Congress will likely coddle and enrich with their version of cap-and-trade. I'll be very happy to eat my words if Congress passes something more equitable and sensible than it appears to be considering now, but I'm not too worried about having to do so.)
